icepak仿真模块遇到的疑问

自学Icepak，遇到很多小问题，请哪位高手帮忙解答一下，是IGBT模块的散热分析，网格提示Warning: the worst face alignment in this mesh is 0.0355633.  The bad elements are shown on the screen.  This may cause problems for the solver - please try to fix the mesh if possible before running a solution.然后求解的时候，设置500，但却不收敛。
