intel？好像不出visual fortran吧？难道硬件厂商也做软件了？

That's true. Intel is not only a hardware company, but also a big software company. Compaq Fortran develop team has been merged with Intel, and also the product Compaq Visual Fortran. Check this out: http://www.intel.com/software/products/compilers/fwin/
