time integration

I used 1-D model to simulate a flow reactor which is time-dependent.
How could I integrate the concentration at the outlet over a period
of time?

Hello,

I have used the function 'posttimeint'.  One thing
that you have to keep in mind is that this function
integrates over stored time-steps and does not use the
information inbetween the steps.  In any case, I
believe the function performs some sort of
interpolation.

You can also add an extra application mode to your
model and solve for the time integral as a variable in
your model.  I read about this method in the FEMLAB
documentation discussing the PDE coefficient form.
