Model testing info needed!!!

Ship engineers, Dose anyone know where is the best lab to do model testing for ships or semi-subs??
I know there is a place in Italy where they have a system called the " Active Wave Absorption". I have a project now and my company wants to do model testing in a water tank has this system, but going to Italy is a huge cost, if there is a place in China, and we'll do it there.

要看船东要求了，有些船东强烈要求去国外比如sspa，瑞典人很不好相与，不过都是明码标价的东西，一个线型＋船模试验大概几十万克朗吧

my company wants to save cost, so i suggest them to do the model test in China if there is our desired facilities, also that I can go to China to see my parents!

I found a company called DHI, it's a Danish company but they have a office in Shanghai
