CADDS technical support engineer located in Shanghai, China Assist Mandarin speaking Customers with Installation, and Use of PTC's CADDS and Optegra products, and also including Pro/ENGINEER, Pro/INTRALINK, and etc.

Your ideal prerequisites:
Minimum bachelor degree in Shipbuilding Engineering / Mechanical Engineering with shipbuilding industrial working experience;
1 to 2 years of work Experience on CADDS is a requirement, even better with Optegra client experience.
Know the other CAD/CAM/CAE software (Pro/ENGINEER, Solidworks, CATIA, UG, AutoCAD, and etc)
Apart from Mandarin, very good English language skills (CET6); additional languages such as Korean/Cantonese etc will be an advantage.
High commitment together with a very good organisational talent, even in times of high workload
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to provide creative solutions
Strong communication and cooperation skills
Logical thinking and an orderly, independent approach
Aptness to team work, a reliable and friendly manner, ability to assert oneself and flexibility tops off your profile
Flexible learning and fast learner
