Key Responsibilities:
ü
Influencing and Persuading clients that safety is good business
ü
Leading local OSH effort.
ü
To assist our Surveyors and clients in developing effective safety control measures in the workplaces.
ü
Liaising with and supporting Safety Leaders and OSH Representatives.
ü
To support Area Management in the control and mitigation or OSH risks.
ü
Liaising with Regional OSH Manager.
ü
To act as a lead OSH incident investigator for low and moderate risk incidents and carry out root cause analysis as required.
ü
To report area OSH performance to area management and the Safety Team.
ü
Providing OSH support and assistance to Country Management
ü
Lead a team of OSH practitioners.

Requirement:
ü
Bachelor Degree or above in Engineering, Industrial Risk Management or related subjects, essential
ü
Ten Years minimum shipbuilding industry experience, essential
ü
Experience in managing projects, essential
ü
Fluent in English (CET 4 or equiv.) and Mandarin, essential
ü
Good knowledge of Chinese regulations, codes and standards for HSE, preferably also knowledge about international codes, preferred
ü
Five years minimum working experience in Occupational Health & Safety, preferred
