关于网格划分出错的问题

我做了一个体，里面还包着一个体，进行网格划分的时候会出现下面的提示：
an element shape failure has been detected for volume 69. For a list of strategies for avoiding shape failure,see the section on volume sweeping in the ansys modeling and meshing guide. do you want to continue sweeping?
should the vswe command be executed?

明明体里面没有这个体的（最大的体号是35），为啥划分网格的时候会出现呢？
