输出的最大电压见附件。。由于压电陶瓷对形变敏感，所以我估计电压是要大点，谁帮我看看，是不是大到几V的电压。。。命令流里面用的是微米的单位。。加载的力是1微牛


另外谁帮推荐个做极限载荷的例子给我看看，我想对中间那块地方做极限载荷分析
