【求助】如何增加virtual memory

我在运算时memory不够了，Help里有如下说明，有谁知道如何增加virtual memory

Description
If the out of memory error message is encountered, there is no more room in memory for new variables. You must free
up some space before you may proceed. One way to free up space is to use the clear function to remove some of the
variables residing in memory. Another is to issue the pack command to compress data in memory. This opens up larger
contiguous blocks of memory for you to use.
  
Here are some additional system specific tips:
  
Windows: Increase virtual memory by using System in the Control Panel.

点开控制面板，找系统，找性能页，然后你就会了

可惜我的系统内没有性能这一页。我是Windows xp，日语版。
请再指教。

我找到了设定位置，virtual memory的初期值是384mb，最大值768mb，是不是只能改初期值，不能改最大值。

当然可以改了！我用98和2000的，XP的应该也差不多！
