这是学习Algor遇到的各种问题，总结在此，望高手指点

1．“Normal to Surface”的含义是不是不管模型方向是什么，始终垂直于所选面，为什么旋转模型时显示的力方向有点怪？
2．局部细化节点时所出现的对话框中的“Effective Radius”和“Mesh Size”到底对什么有影响？
3．设定约束和加载中还有很多选项的功用不是很清楚！
4．当使用“Natural Frequency （Modal）”分析Linear Dynamics模型时，设定“Modify Analysis Parameters”时，有一个选项“Lower Cutoff Frequency”是什么意思？
5．Power Spectrum Density 是什么意思？
6．使用MidPlane在生成网格时将部分零件体设定为Part，而非Model，这是两种MeshSetting方法，它们的含义到底是什么？
7．为什么要设定“Surface Contact”？
8．“1E14in＋Y”用来表示Beam单元K节点的方向，到底代表什么？

1. if you are refering to surface pressure, then using this option should do it. but i did have similar problems with the graphics. It was solved after I got an update from Algor.

2. per my understanding, " Radius"  will control the region you want to refine your mesh. "size" would be the new size you want to use for this purpose.

3. more details needed.

4.Algor will only calculate frequncies above this "cutoff" value.  it is used to ignore certain low frequency that are too low to be important in an analysis. put it as 0 if you are not sure.

5.6. never used myself, sorry.

7. it is for contact analysis. useful when you know that two surfaces will be in contact but not exactly where on these two surfaces.

7. K node is  used to define the direction along the beam's height.

most of these answers can be found in Algor Help section. it would be helpful  to spend some time on it for beginners.
