Report to: Analysis & Simulation Manager

Major Job Responsibility:
    Non-linear finite element analysis for plastic components and wiring harnesses under dynamic loadings Vibration fatigue analysis for plastic components and wiring harnesses
  • Development and verification of dynamic finite element and vibration fatigue analysis models for plastic components and wiring harness.

Candidate Requirements:
    MS/PhD in Solid Mechanics, Engineering Mechanics or other relative disciplines Good knowledge and experience in non-linear dynamic finite element analysis and fatigue analysis of engineering plastic or other polymer components Knowledge in fatigue test for engineering plastic or other polymer components
  • Good skill in using ABAQUS, FE-Safe.

塑料元件的有限元分析,由于其材料本构,基础实验,目前并不十分完善,因此,关于其疲劳特性的预测,是相当困难的。建立在对塑料元件的工程应用背景相当了解,对其元件的破坏特性充分掌握的基础上,经过一定程度的静态分析,结合工程特性,可以对其疲劳特性有一个大致而可比较性的结果。
