组件没有完全更新或安装
我看你的版本是matlab6.5的
建议使用高一点的版本，比如matlab 7.0以上

楼主可能主要是想用下面这个
Installing the MATLAB Visual Studio add-in ...
其实新版本的matlab也可以在VC中调用matlab引擎
只是方法没那么直观，需要自己手动添加一些文件进去
