各位前辈们好:我接触AWE二十多天,刚学。做一个项目中,出现一个很迷惑的问题,就是分析结果出现位移量大的离谱的事情。我做了一个椭圆环,内部加两块壳体的受力,椭圆环厚度60mm,内部椭圆环尺寸,a=1700mm,b=1400mm,实体长度1320mm,材料Q345。

分析结果:位移图,位移量为1.5m,太离谱了。并给出提示:1)One or more bodies may be underconstrained and experiencing rigid body motion. Weak springs have been added to attain a solution. Refer to Troubleshooting in the Help System for more details.
2)An iterative solver was used for this model. However, a direct solver may enhance performance. Consider specifying the use of a direct solver. Refer to Troubleshooting in the Help System for more details.
3)The deformation is large compared to the model bounding box. Verify boundary conditions or consider turning large deflection on. Refer to Troubleshooting in the Help System for more details.
在加上底座,给一个位移约束后。结果变为正常,图位移量为4.6mm.
我很是困惑。1)为何位移差别这么大?2)warning提示中说壳体需要被约束,weak springs 是什么力呢?
不知道为何加位移约束和不加位移约束差别会这么大?理论上也通不过啊?那如果是一椭圆形管道,单纯受内部均布的压力,求管道的膨胀尺寸,得出的结果,就离谱了。。。 不知道哪位老师,能给解决一下这个问题。。。很是迷惑。先谢谢您了。。。。您辛苦给解释下。。 |
