橡胶圈接触分析问题Excessive distortion

我做的是一个单金属密封问题，涉及的部件比较多，有两个是橡胶圈，我以前做的时候还是收敛的，最近细化了局部网格，运行居然不收敛，高手指点！模型上面的是两个金属动静环，两个变形的是橡胶圈，最下面的是底座
1 elements are distorted. Either the interior angles are out of the suggested limits or the triangular or tetrahedral quality measure is bad. The elements have been identified in element set WarnElemDistorted.
There are 2 unconnected regions in the model.
Excessive distortion at a total of 2 integration points in solid (continuum) elements
The system matrix has 2 negative eigenvalues.
The system matrix has 1 negative eigenvalues.
Excessive distortion at a total of 25 integration points in solid (continuum) elements
The system matrix has 1 negative eigenvalues.
Excessive distortion at a total of 4 integration points in solid (continuum) elements
The system matrix has 1 negative eigenvalues.
Excessive distortion at a total of 2 integration points in solid (continuum) elements

橡胶材料就这样，大变形的时候很难一次收敛。
提供点个人经验
1.网格划分问题
计算过程中如果算不过去要记下那个位置是剪切变形过大的位置，因为橡胶材料一般不可以压缩，大的变形都是剪切集中区域，这个位置网格要细化，要非常密级，同时不要采用structure形式来划分网格，要用free。
2.网格自适应
一般开启adaptive mesh或者使用map solution，很多时候一下子算不过去。
3.算法本身
修改step分析中的耗散阻尼选项。
4.增加系统迭代次数。

出错的最后一步的结果上应该可以看出来某个地方应力特别集中或者变形特别厉害

注意材料属性，单元类型，沙漏等的设置
