Responsibilities:

8 ?) J3 l0 C" E  ~- K2 d·Support other engineering functions and perform FEA analysis and hand calculation to ensure reliability of product assemblies and/or components such as airplane frames, wing to be in compliance wite FAA validation.

·Qualify similitude/analysis approach to replace physical qualification tests in order to reduce development cycle time and improve product reliability and/or durability with least material cost

$ C. L, o) M' J& O1 Z·Prepare documents/reports that specify the methodology  of analysis procedures for different components/assemblies of structure.

·Provide suggestions in continuous improvement of current infrastructure and methodology.

·Propose projects to meet the goals of growth each year.

Qualification:

·2 years with Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering.
% [3 N  M$ K6 e$ d) B2 k% X
·Familiarity with NASTRAN is a plus

·Strong background in applied mechanical engineering, life prediction, crack growth analysis and statistical analysis
5 Y4 T  p& Y* t4 F- P3 h3 v) L
·Familiarity with CATIA or Pro-E design package is a plus

·Sound English communication skills in both oral and writing is preferred

Skills:

·Familiar with NX-NASTRAN and FE-MAP

4 ~5 o! t+ z; J  @·Knowledge of static and dynamic stresses analysis for airplane structure

·Solid understanding of material/structre mechanics, ability to evaluate the stress and load by hand calculation

+ t" D4 N: h, ^6 G+ w·Experienced in setting up and conducting different testing to measure parameters such as temperature, pressure, static and dynamic strains, etc.
