黄版主,久仰大名,小弟现在用ansys做一个桥梁橡胶支座的模型,橡胶支座里面有7层钢板,钢板和橡胶之间经过硫化固结粘接在一起,模拟其在10mpa压强下的竖向变形,考虑到橡胶和受力的对称性,把一半橡胶支座的剖面给建出来,由于我只是做平面单元所以我橡胶材料我用PLANE182,钢板用plane42,模型按照毫米建模,橡胶的mooney-rivilin参数c10=0.747,C01=0.187,d=0.0001,然后泊松比取0.4998.钢板的弹性模量是E=2.01e5mpa,泊松比是v=0.3,考虑到钢板和橡胶之间经过硫化固结粘接在一起,所以采用公用节点的建模方式,但是出现了大变形不收敛情况。错误提示是:

后来我把c10和c01放大100倍,才出现与实验结果稍微相符合的结果。我再把橡胶退化成线弹性材料。用plane42单元去模拟,把弹模取为3.08MPA,依然是出现上面的问题。后来我索性把实验实测的抗压弹模E=303.8MPA输进去,发现其y方向变形量跟试验数据很吻合。现在我搞不清到底是怎么回事,我想这样建模是不是不能模拟橡胶支座的力学性能。 |
