小弟是新手，最近做一模拟，运行是时候总是报错，出现如下提示：
Normal cannot be computed in 2 elements. The nodal coordinates may be incorrect or the element aspect ratio may exceed 1000 to 1. The elements have been identified in element set ErrElemNormal.
请教各位大牛这段话是什么意思啊，貌似是单元有问题，该如何修改呢？

网格在长度方向和厚度方向的值差的太多，细化网格就好了
