【图文演示】复合材料如何输出多层结果（如何查看多层应力）

这个操作需要在前后处理中都有设置方可生效。
这里以一个小模型演示复合材料shell模拟如何输出多层结果（建模过程从略）

    先建立lay-up，并定义5层铺层：p1 p2  p3   p4  p5。
            

1  前处理要点step ----Domain必须选择composite lay-up否则后续步骤即使对上了也无效。 并在此对话框下部选择All section point in all ply（当然你也可以自己指定输出你指定的层）这里输出所有的5层。

            


注意这里abaqus的step输出默认的whole model，必须改为上图所示的composite lay-up
              


设置边界条件，画网格，提交运算我就不说了。

2  后处理 result菜单------section point
         
这样会出来一下对话框(默认为categories)
           

注意这里又是一个不能用默认设置的一个地方，必须将categories改为ply
        
分别选定铺层p1 到p5，就能查看各层应力值。




话说真是会者不难，虽然这是个小问题，我刚刚开始找这个东西的时候，上面加红的注意就老久没有发现，现在分享给新手看看。


附上cae文件和inp文件（模型的随意做的，只是为了演示各层应力值）

所以我就打算做一个图文实例给大家看看。

版大的这个方法好像有点问题,每层有5个积分点，有5个层，好像版主输出的应该是第一层的五个积分点，而不是5个层的应力，这样的话如果有第六层应该就没有值了，不知道是不是

是我搞错了，版大做的是对的，用keyword的时候应该输出5x5=25个积分点，我只定义了5个

这个例子做得不好，每层5个积分点，而铺层正好是5层，所以没有说服力。我刚才把每层积分点改为3个，可以输出5层的应力了，6层也是一样的。


图示是第三层和第四层的应力图。

问个比较弱的‘问题，如何在odb文件里面显示复合材料壳的立体效果，就是显示厚度，就像楼主第一张图最右边的那部分的效果？
我看option里面有个ply stack plot，但是好像没什么反应，是不是要设置什么？

是6.10版的不？
可能是你的版主的后处理部分不如前处理那么好用。

谢谢版主，可以看到了，还有个问题就是，右边的图是否可以同时显示应力或者应变分布，还有就是有没有方法可以沿着厚度方向输出应力或者位移的值，好像shell单元也没办法创建path,不知版主有什么好方法么？

恩，我也发现shell单元不好创建path。这个在现在的版本好像还难以实现。
我以后有机会在琢磨琢磨，有进展再交流。

我想问的是，在aba帮助中关于composite layups的建模有三种方法，但是实际中多是用conventional shell的例子多些，有没有时间帮我们这些初学者整理个讲义 关于另外两种的啊，（continuum shell composite layups和solid composite layups）

这个情况，在我自己建模的时候也出现过，但是之前几天却没有啊。。。为什么哦？是不是我那里遗漏了什么啊？望指点，谢谢
