做温度场的瞬态分析，周期很短，四秒生热六秒停止，周期成千上万这样的问题应该如何处理，如果自己写函数加载周期太多了

What result you are interested? the T(t) or, e.g. max temperature at each period?If second case, use harmonic thermal analysis.
ANSYS take sine function input for load. You only need input amplitude and frequency. However, your load is rectangle waveform, you have to first use fourier transform to convert it into summation of sine() at different frequency.
