yes you can enter time-varying and time and space varying boundary
conditions in Femlab very easily. For example you could enter an
expression
like this as a boundary condition:
T = 500+100*t+100*y where t is the time you solve for and y is a space
coordinate. If you don't have an analytical expression for the
temperature
variation in time and space you can also apply an interpolation
function as
a boundary condition.
