Based on my understanding: the result of sensitivity is influenced by the intial value and simulation/investigation zone of parameter value; the sensitivity is just a relative value rather than an absolute value. It can be used for comparison in some cases for deciding which parameter is the key one, but it's alway not an accurate and unchanged value.
