这个问题要考验你的耐性了。仔细的检查每个part的 PID SECID MID各个定义的内容，基本上就可以排除你的问题了。

不太同意楼上的说法，我当时也遇到过，一个小模型，检查过n次，part都没问题的，关键字里也查看过了，但是还是解决不了，重新做了一次，才通过了，不知道具体的原因...

建议楼主试着检查一下part 4和part 5是否信息丢失，或是接触，set等引用的part 4或5已经不存在了，但其ID号却被引用了

另外还有一种可能，part 4是否是1D单元？如果是，给1D单元定义接触时也会出现这种情况。

检查一下模型的material和properties是否设错,也有可能是材料的单位没换算好

自己换了个简单的模型 关键字都没有改 却能计算

最近我也遇到了类似的问题，经过检查模型发现Part的设置不正确，应该设置no part image的却给它空着。我想这只是原因之一，总之如果遇到该类错误提示，应该好好检查part的相应信息

如果1D单元不用设置接触，就删除接触，如果必须要就改换接触类型，如aotumatic general接触类型，或者通过其他方式实现接触。

首先我感觉出现这个问题不一定是接触的问题，仔细检查其他可能；其次如是接触的问题，因为一般的接触类型对于1D单元穿透的搜索可能会有问题，最好不要将1D单元和2D、3D单元一块儿设置接触，另1D单元的接触可设置aotumatic general。
