Summary Description
This position will be mainly responsible for carrying out tests according to specifications from the design engineering team. The jobs require simple data processing, managing of lab documentation work, lab equipment maintenance, and fixture setup.

Primary Responsibilities include:

1) Documentation and BOM handling.
2) Operating test equipment & instruments to carry out testing and analysis.
3) Following specification from design engineers to make sample.
4) Lab equipment maintenance.
5) Daily lab maintenance.
6) Simple processing of test data.
7) Other tasks assigned by supervisor.


Requirements:
1) College or Bachelor degree with major in electronic or mechanical engineering.
2) Detailed-oriented, careful, steady-going, and honest characters are must.
3) More than 2 years working experience.
4) Ability to use office software include Word, Excel, PPT
5) Teamwork skills are required to keep good relationships and working atmosphere within company.
6) Lab working experience is preferred.
7) Some English communication capability in reading & writing preferred but not required.

Engineer:
Position Summary:
This position is for a test engineer working on sensor applications. The responsibilities are making/selecting test plan and release new products and improved product with the cooperation of design engineer. This position requires strong technical fundamentals, good organization/documentation, statistical data analysis, strong problem solving skills and the ability to communicate with customers and suppliers. A high level of interaction with team members around the world is required.

Essential Job Functions:
1) Discuss with design engineer / project teams about product FMEA, Design / select release & qualification testing plan for new product and improved product
2) Supervise the technician to perform corresponding test, to make sure the test procedures comply with the requirement of TS 16949.
3) Analyze failures occurred during test together with design engineer, to find the possible root cause and give suggestion to the design engineer.
4) Compose comprehensive test reports including sample description, test conditions, raw data and data analysis and result.
5) Maintenance plan and trouble shooting of testing bench/chamber together with equipment engineer.
6) Manage the calibration / verification plan of all testing gauges and benches in the test lab.
7) Communicates globally to internal and external customers including suppliers and customers.

Position Requirements/Skills: （满足一半即可以试试, 主要倾向于振动实验能力, 实验协调能力, 17025认证经验）
1) Strong understanding of vibration, temperature and environmental test for automotive electric/electronic component is a must.
2) Strong understanding of testing procedure and the important influence factors during the procedure, work experience in a TS16949 or ISO17025 certified testing organization is a plus.
3) Knowledge / experience of Failure Mode analysis for electric/electronic components.
4) Knowledge of basic electrical circuits, microelectronic assembly, statistical methods, process control fundamentals and product test processes.
5) Strong communication skills, written and verbally (English language skills preferred)
6) Knowledge of MS-Office software (Word, Windows, Excel and Outlook).
7) Capable of setting priorities, being proactive and achieving results.
8) Ability to develop unique, differentiated solutions to complex problems - strong problem solving skills.
9) Ability to meet customers demands on schedule and within budget.
10) Ability to clearly present testing concepts to customers, managers and peers.
11) Ability to work with other cross-functional teams including component development, quality, marketing, purchasing, etc.
12) Ability to positively influence and build relationships with global team members
13) Ability to work in a fast-paced development environment with complex project attributes.

Education and Experience Required:
1) Bachelors Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 3+ years testing experience in automotive area
2) Masters Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 2+ years testing experience in automotive area
