残余应力的定义:
Residual stresses can be defined as the stresses that remain within a material or body after manufacture and material processing in the absence of external forces or thermal gradients. They can also be produced by service loading, leading to inhomogeneous plastic deformation in the part or specimen. Accordingly, residual stresses are not caused by loads (forces or moments).
残余应力引起的原因:
Residual stresses are generated during most manufacturing processes involving material deformation, heat treatment, machining or processing operations that transform the shape or change the properties of a material. They are originated from a number of sources and can be present in the unprocessed raw material,introduced during manufacturing or arise from in-service loading.It is possible classi?ed the origin of residual stresses in the following way:
1.differential plastic flow;
2.differential cooling rates;
3. phase transformations with volume changes etc.
我现在想问个问题,如果一根钢丝,在单轴拉伸条件下,材料发生了塑性变形,但是没有不均匀变形是否意味着没有残余应力?
从微观位错角度讲,均匀塑性是有统计储存位错引起 不均匀塑性是由几何必须位错引起,是不是我在有限元计算中只统计几何必须位错就是残余应力呢? |
