[Flex及相关] 柔性体仿真失败原因

将曲轴柔性体导入adams后仿真出现警告而且仿真失败,各位大侠帮忙看看是何原因呢?以下是警告信息:

系统出现了奇异矩阵,好好检查一下模型吧!检查检查运动副,驱动!

运动副和驱动都检查了,没发现不对的啊,请教一下模型有可能会是什么问题呢?

柔体与刚体之间的运动副有问题,运动副 柔体上的marker点不是在ANSYS里面建立的刚性区域的keypoints

建议先把柔性体导入,然后再添加约束副和驱动

我做了一个模型,就是一个mnf单纯导入建立固定副,施加载荷之后也出现楼主的错误,(载荷很小),而且查看固定副建立后,I、J坐标是一样的,就是仿真之后,出现这个警告
