ansys打不开

ansys安装完成，workbench，fluent都可以用，但是Mechanical APDL打不开，不是license问题，显示
the ansysli_file,which is required to determine which products are to be displayed in  the license dropdown list,was not found or is not excutable.
      this is a fatal error,exiting.
