Hello Ren,
You are welcome to refer to TrueGrid in a paper. But I think I should give you my opinion before you go to
the trouble of writing this paper. First of all, the source code written to generate these transitions in TrueGrid
is well over 100,00 lines. There are many cases and additional coding to integrate these elements into a general
purpose mesh generator. This new feature would be very expensive to implement in TrueGrid. Also, there are
topological and automatic methods that avoid the need of for these extra transitions, so there has been very little
demand for such an improvement. But more importantly, this new feature in transitions will only work for some
cases, making the coding, user interface, and user understanding/training more complex. On the up side, the quality
of the transition region near corners will be improved.
Sincerely
