请问各位大侠，在ANSYS中计算过程中出现以下情况该如何处理？
Equivalent plastic strain increment has exceeded the specified limit value！Since the time increment has reached the minimum value, the analysis is stopped.

时间步或者是载荷步过大，另外还有可能是应力梯度比较大的地方网格不够细
