请教收敛性问题

一个正方形板状模型做热分析，施加的温度边界，计算时出现如下警告：
A reference heat flow valuetimes the tolerance is used by the Newton-Raphson method for checking convergence.
The calculated reference HT Flow Convergence value =5.574182843e-16 is less than threshold.
This threshold defaults to 1e-6 or is specified as MINREF on the cuntol command.  Check results carefully.
虽然会继续计算，但是结果很不理想，我应该怎么处理找出解决办法呢？

看了收敛图，是计算的误差波动太大。电脑只做计算的时候，好像对收敛性的干扰就小了，就出结果了
