求助:ANSYS仿真遇到收敛问题

如题。

less than the default minimum of 1E-6 (which can be modified using the  
MINREF field of the CNVTOL command).  Check results carefully.  

求助各位这个问题该如何解决?网上查有说是“这个应该属于warning范畴,在你的计算中,并没有热的传导产生,从而无从谈起计算的收敛。你一定是在热的加载过程中出了问题。
可是不知道该如何解决啊,好几天了还是不知道如何解啊
