关于布尔运算的问题

三维分析，由于模型稍微复杂，我是在sw里面建模，再导入到ansys中，在导入模型时提示很多条Line 1987 on area 1023 is not on the area within a tolerance.  This area could have problems in future Boolean operations.  (See the BTOL command).我的目的是在整个模型的外面建一个圆柱型的空气，然后用这个大圆柱和整个模型overlap，但是提示 Topological degeneracy detected for VOVL command.  Try modifying geometry slightly or loosening the tolerance (BTOL command).  If BTOL is relaxed, be sure to change the tolerance back to the default after operation.我尝试过修改tolerance，但还是不行，修改模型的话，和实际又不符合了，所以，有没有大神，能给点建议，感激不尽！

FNL

可以试试用nummrg,kp,toler命令把不在面上的线合并到面内；还可以把几何体先切成小块，再逐个进行overlap运算。不知道在你这儿管不管用，可以试试。
