[SIMPACK] samcef BACON资料

SAMCEF中的Bacon是SAMCEF中的参数化设计语言,SAMCEF FILED中的每一步操作均可由Bacon自动实现,其类似于ANSYS中的APDL, MSC/Patran中的PCL, ABAQUS中的基于PYTHON的脚本语言。相较于其他几类软件,Bacon可以实现界面在操作无法实现的结合面建模。
BACON
IntroductionThe BACON module has two main functions: it is the unique pre-processing program as well the unique post-processing program for all SAMCEF computation modules.
  • Pre-processing: BACON is used to generate data for the other modules; the capabilities are the following:
    • interactive data generation or data loading from several kinds of files
    • geometry definition within BACON or by reading IGES or VDAFS files
    • automatic meshing
    • definition of element properties, boundary conditions, execution parameters, etc.
    • numerous graphical capabilities to control all data
    • exchange of models with other softwares (NASTRAN, PATRAN, CATIA, MASTER SERIES...)
  • Post-processing:
    • display of results on the structure
    • plot of curves

Running BACONLaunching BACON is done by the SAMCEF procedure (see running SAMCEF). As the other modules, BACON can be run either in interactive mode (or in foreground in the UNIX world) or in batch mode (or in background in the UNIX world).
BACON offers the following capabilities for input (see how to use for more details):
  • command language used interactively
  • command language read from an existing file, which is called a bank file
  • menus (only in interactive mode, on a suitable graphic screen)
As a matter of fact, at the lowest level, BACON always interprets commands, which are written by the user, read from a file or generated by the menu interface.

Structure of a data setWhen BACON is used as a preprocessor, the purpose is to generate data for an analysis module. In almost all cases, the user will have to define these data (see the F.E. Modeling section):
  • the mesh;
  • thermal or mechanical behavior: axisymmetry, plane stress, 3-D etc.;
  • material or physical element properties;
  • loads and boundary conditions;
  • execution parameters;
  • results pre-selection.
Whichever way the data are generated, it is important to follow that order, or at least to build the data in a logical way: never use an item before having defined it (see data sequence).

Structure of a Post-Processing RunIn most cases, the post-processing in BACON matches the following structure:
  • Reloading the mesh
  • Accessing the result file
  • Displaying the results
BACON is able either to draw results on the structure, to plot curves or to list results (see post-processing).
