大变形打开后出现warning该咋办

一个钣金装配体，钣金壁厚1.5mm，静力分析不打开大变形时，最大位移0.8mm，等效应力80MPa。打开大变形后能算完，位移基本一样，等效应力10000MPa。  出现了warning：

1. Contact status has experienced an abrupt change.  Check results carefully for possible contact separation.
   我的接触全是bonded，   这也能改变状态么？ 没有提示是哪个接触变了，怎么查？

2.  Large deformation effects are active which may have invalidated some of your applied supports such as
displacement, cylindrical, frictionless, or compression only.  Refer to Troubleshooting in the Help System for more details.
   没提示invalidate了哪个约束，怎么查？
