ABAQUS做流固耦合水下爆炸分析，结构出现以下错误

  reference plane of the double-sided element 227 of instance PART-1-1 in the
  configuration before the initial overclosure procedure.

Initial node-face overclosure is 10.826 at node 142898 of instance PART-1-1 and face SNEG of element 146536 of instance PART-1-1

很多这两种错误，有大神可以指导下吗？
