“快捷键设定”功能报错

    用的2019版，在菜单栏选择“Preferences→Keyboard Settings”时，会报错，错误信息为
   can't read "p_normal_key_file(E)": no such element in array  
   can't read "p_normal_key_file(E)": no such element in array
       while executing
   "set file $p_normal_key_file(E)"
       ("eval" body line 1)

   "eval set file $${file_array}($key)"

   请问是软件配置的问题吗？

解决了，需要清理缓存文件，操作如下：
把 “文档” 文件夹（并非在安装目录）里所有 与hypermesh有关的文件 （例如command1.tcl、hwsettings.tcl、  .xml等）都删掉就可以了。
