【灌水】如何学习PROCAST

  前几天几百大元得到了一本PROCAST中文说明，想学习一下，希望这里的弟兄给个建议，最好给我个低压铸造的铝合金的参数及模型，谢了

I am typical modeling guy, done a lot code developing for CFD and materials processing. I have attended the training offered by ProCAST. The overall impression I got through my experience is that this software is nothing good. Temperature and flow field is obviously wrong for simple problems. I don't know why there are so many people using it. I would really like to hear the advantages of ProCAST comparing with other software.

Software is based on theory, if the theory is wrong, nothing is good. But procast has long history, and also more verifications have been done. But for special case with different conditions, the result will be reversable. So you must make good assumptions before doing the simulation by procast. Best Regards.
