I import this attachment into Patran to creat the meshes. Then I apply the property to the meshes and analyze by Patran to creat the .inp file for Abaqus. But the problem happens at this moment:
The coordinates of meshes(in .inp file) read by Abaqus are distorted, that is to say, the shape of mesh is different from the original shape in Patron. I attach this file and hope for the advanced user help!
It seems that Abaqus's precision of saving date is coarser than Patran when the date are transfered from Patron to Abaqus. When the information of the mesh is changed to the format abaqus needs, some numbers after the point are lost. Am I right to analyze this problem? How can I get the almost same digital numbers in .inp file when the fine meshes are transferred from Patran to Abaqus? What should I do to slove this problem? Bow! |
