I have some advices for those who want to improve their English:



1-Watch English Mavies and listen to them to learn how to say words.

2-When watching a movie or a show in english try to record it on a vedio, Take notes, watch the vedio, read your notes and listen to them on the vedio and chek your pronunciation

3-read Englcih articles in  newspapers, magazines and books in a loud voice to practice your tongue. So that helps you to speak English very will and helps you to control your tongue while speaking English.

3-listen to English conversations, that helps you to learn how to pronounce Englsh words.

4-Read alot english to imporve vocabulary.

The first thing is listening carefully to sounds over and over，it’s very useful for me by listenning to VOA special english. Concentrate on the intonation. The second thing is reading carefully. Notice how the words are used together. Observe the logic of English and get used to it. The last but the important thing is showing off your speaking English as possible as you can.

god, such a old question..
anyway, if you want to learn some English vocabularies, it is a quick way to find lots of new words lists which you need now, and remember it by using any way you like; however, if you want to enhance you English ability, you'd better read  books about your field and lots of journals, papers( maybe hundreds of ).

I have read a book "Don't ever study English" in which it said we should not study English but learn English like a child to learn its motherlanguage.I think it is reasonable and now I am learn English with the method that used in this book.
