另外，你的飞轮用这么多单元干什么，纯粹浪费处理时间和计算机时间。

另外，我一再说，如果你的ansys不熟悉的话，先弄清楚了再说缩减的问题。

我飞轮上有很多台阶，网格大了怕影响它的质量
现在我都是用的命令流，solid45的材料也都改正过来了
不过，缩减还是出现那样的错误

由于我对ansys的GUI不熟悉，由于你的轴颈网格较混乱，要一个一个检查蜘蛛很费劲。不过我看到蜘蛛好像是有问题的。看看ansys帮助中有关spider的做法。另外相邻两个蜘蛛不得共用同一节点。

用select>entities ,弹出一个框，选elements ，下面选by elem name，在element name 下面填beam4，点ok。然后点plot>multi-plots,就可以看到蜘蛛了，我的蜘蛛相邻节点没有连在一起的

我在hm里画了一个很简单的网格，然后导进ansys，不加beam4 单元，也出现这样的毛病：An allocation was made with a negative length requested: -39501
Blockname:GOA.

但是我直接在ansys里画网格，就很正常了。是不是hm和ansys接口的问题呢?
请问一下蓝博士，你是用什么软件画的网格？用什么软件加的那些命令流呢？谢谢

我习惯用Patran+FAME.
再用Hypermesh倒成ansys格式。

你的蜘蛛做的不够好，是由于你的网格不好。每个主轴颈上的三个蜘蛛将影响其弯曲和扭转变形，会导致结果精度出现问题。
