Job responsibilities:
·
Identification of new customers and market potential and development of new business relationship
·
Participation in the evaluation of strategic business development opportunities
·
Representing Company to potential clients through direct communication in face to face meetings, phone calls and emails
·
Establishing and maintaining a close relationship to governmental and state approval authorities
·
Development and delivery of a business development strategy
·
Planning and management of marketing events
·
Analysis of media output and attendance at seminars and conferences as appropriate to develop business contacts and subsequently opportunities
·
Acting proactive and responsive to prospective clients
·
Preparation of regular reports to Country Manager

Qualification requirements:
·
Bachelor or above, preferable with mechanical engineering background (offshore oil-gas, or petrochemical );
·
Minimum 10 years relevant experience
·
Broad knowledge of inspection and certification services
·
Working experience with a Third Party Organization
·
Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation
·
Excellent organisational and time management skills
·
Very good English and computer operation skill;
·
Good analysis and presentation skill;
·
Good inter-personal and strong relationship building skills;
·
Capable of working under time pressure and flexible to travel in China and abroad;
