Procurement supervisor

职责/Responsibilities:

1.
寻求有竞争力的供应商，并证明其合格/Source and qualify competitive supplier   

2.
获得有竞争力的报价，指导供应商理解技术标准/Obtain competitive quotation, instruct suppliers to understand technical specification.

3.
与供应商协商确定交货限期、质量以及服务/Negotiate and make sure the delivery term, quality and service with supplier.

4.
零件本地化和成本降低项目/Parts localization and cost reduction projects

5.
进行技术评估和部件合格判定/Conduct technical evaluation and qualification of components

6.
参与对NPE工程部门予以支持进而优化最终产品/Support NPE engineering department to optimize final product solutions

7.
对所负责的采购合同全程管理/Wholly responsible for the management of procurement contracts
8.
领导采购团队/Provide leadership in procurement team
9.
负责重点供应商管理/Manage the main vendor
10.
协助采购经理管理部门/Assist Procurement Manager on Department management

要求/Requirement:

l
学士学位，很强的技术背景；/Strong technical background with bachelor degree
l
熟悉国际原料和油田工业标准；/Familiar with international material and oilfield industry standards.
l
能够看懂并解释技术图纸及技术标准；/Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings, technical specifications.
l
5年以上铸造工业工作经验；/At least five year working experience in Foundry Industry.
l
具备很好的价格谈判技巧和成本节省意识；/Good price negotiation &skills Good sense in cost saving
l
熟悉进口/出口政策和物流；/Familiar with Import/Exports policies and logistics.
l
有采购管理背景/Background in procurement management
l
人际交往技巧/Interpersonal skills
l
领导才能/Leadership capacity
