工作地址：江苏常州
Qualifications:
• Master degree in Mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or engineering mechanics
• At least 1 year relevant working experience
• Good spoken and written communication skills in both English and Chinese and good presentation skill
• Familiar with strength analysis of powertrain system or chassis system
• Familiar with mechanics calculation
• Have knowledge of material’s mechanical characteristic
• Have basic knowledge of FEA theory
• Familiar with at least one of the CAE software, such as Hypermesh, ANSA, ABAQUS
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Carry out analytical evaluation as requested by division and reports on appropriate timing.
• Required to use engineering creativity to determine the best solution or methodical approach for the assigned task.
• Performs FEA, including preparing CAD model for correct modeling, use of boundary conditions, loads and other factors as required, together with analytical approach that provides clear result and recommendation to division.
• Prepares FEA reports, providing suggestions and recommendations for design modifications in order to enhance the design of the product and obtains appropriate approvals prior to distribution to the requesting division.
• Suggests the necessary testing, reviews test results in order to verify FEA results, comments on outcome.
• Responsible for all work, final reports, including accuracy of all data.
• Other duties and responsibilities if required by the Director of Group Engineering and Product Development and/or General Manager.
• Follows and enforces the guidelines and rules as defined in the Employee Handbook and company policies.
