求教：静态分析输出电压问题

]对压电悬臂梁做静力分析。。在Z方向加载一个1E-4的力以后，悬臂梁的形变还说的过去，但是电压太大，都100多V了！谁帮我看看，是不是我约束写的不对。。下面是我的命令流
