Reporting Line: General Manager
Company Profile: One of the best companies in Boiler and Pressure Vessel Industry. And now it is expanding fast in China.
Working Location：Shanghai
Responsibilities
处理日常事物，向客户询问，报价，协商，签合同
拓展现有业务，独立拜访客户
维护每年产生的新业务，保护信息来源
有office staff support协助起草文件
1/3-2/5的时间在全国范围内出差

1.) Prepare proposals
2.) Deliver, or transmit to designated account manager for delivery all proposals;
3.) Support follow up activities on proposals, including clarification of technical and commercial
terms;
4.) Draft and negotiate contracts with clients,
5.) Help company to establish objectives for new business metrics;
6.) Identify, establish and implement sales and marketing plan to promote business in China
based on strategic opportunities by providing reliable and farsighted market information,
forecasting short term revenue and market potential;
7.) Marketing evaluation of competition and pricing, develop and execute Marketing & Sales
plan driven by new marketing strategy;
8.) Customer relationship management with clients, especially with key clients;
9.) Development of marketing communications materials (brochures, translations, reference
lists, company’s website, etc.)

Requirements
a) University degree in Engineering or business, Bachelor degree or above;
b) Knowledge and understanding of industrial markets and make an independent item;
c) Pleasing personality with good interpersonal and business negotiation skills;
d) Capabilities to develop or execute marketing strategies;
e) Very good English language proficiency;
f) PC skills with Power Point presentation abilities;
g) Self-Motivated, resourceful and energetic;
h) Must be goal/deadline driven; have excellent oral and written communications skills; ability
to multitask; team work and can work under pressure;
i) Familiar with the relevant standard/code not required, but will be an advantage;
j) Experience in the field of Sales/Project management in a services industry is desirable;
k)必须有锅炉，压力容器技术经验（设计，检验，制造）或工程经验背景，占50-60%，必须有商务经验，不要求压力容器方面(40%)
l)必须是上海人或已定居在上海。
