Does anyone read this webpage? I found it is a good one.

It seems to me Bathe does not trust reduced integration approach. No wonder I cannot find it in Adina.

what the exact mean of reduced integration approach?
the essay seems focusing on the incompressible solid problem,
it was said that the mixed or enhanced method is able to solve such problem when possion's ratio approaches to 0.5. is that method relevant to the reduced integration approach?

就Mindlin板单元而言,缩减积分本身就是迫不得已的举措,因为中厚板的挠度和绕x、y轴的转角需要独立插值,而退化到薄板的话,转角则是挠度的偏导数。
Bathe同志的解决办法是:假设剪应变场,然后混合插值,但是厚薄比如果非常小的话,计算结果仍然不理想

I think Bathe just used the incompressible material model as a way to illustrate how unreliable the reduced integration scheme can be.
