求助beam单元的问题！

各位高手，有个问题请教大家。我现在正在数值模拟混凝土中的钢筋的变形情况，用梁单元来模拟钢筋，我看了一些文献，主要是beam188、189、beam4等等，但都是隐式单元，我用ansys前处理，生成.k后用ls-dyna计算，现在的问题是生成part让dyna计算好像要用显式单元，显式单元好像只有beam161、link167，但问题是beam161只计算刚体的转动，link167是计算绳索的，不能受压，请问我要想模拟钢筋该用哪个梁单元，如果选用beam189怎样把隐式的变为显式，然后输出part呢！请求帮忙！谢谢！

BEAM161 has several characteristics:
