Job Description:
1. Be working under global environment to perform FE analysis as required, verify mechanical design for  structural integrity, vibration, shipping & lifting, seismic, fatigue, etc;
2. Identify structural design risk and provide design solution as needed by combination of analytical & testing approaches.
3. Deliver FEA reports to US experts for review on global projects.
4. Correlate the simulation results with testing and summarize/impvove the modeling strategy for new projects.

Job Specification:
1.      MS or above with at least 2 years Mechanical background
2.      In depth knowledge of Engineering Mechanics and FEA field.
3.      Practical engineering experience in structural stress and vibration FEA.
4.      Strong engineering skills in at least one FEA tool （ANSYS, NASTRAN, ABAQUS）           
5.      Good interpersonal & communication skills to work on global projects
6.      Background about air conditioning preferred
7.      Good skill in Pro-E/Inventor
8.      Fluent in English（verbal & written）

原来TRANE（特灵空调）的亚太研发中心，主要做中央空调和家用空调，市场以欧美为主。
公司文化：
比较不错，追求持续改进，有完整的员工成长计划，扁平化管理。
部门情况：
Engineering Analysis，分CFD，FEA和Accoustic，在江苏太仓有大型工厂和完备的试验室，分析和试验水平正在快速上升中。FEA主要分析工具是ANSYS Workbench/Classic
入职情况：
现阶段已经过了人员快速扩充期，稳定多产的员工更受重视，设有实习生岗位，招人基本要求有工作经验（半年以上的优秀实习生也有拿Offer的）。
个人建议：
薪资不是最高的（工资密薪制，也没被猎头挖过，没有实际数据作参考），但是提供较多自由发展空间，而且做为跨国企业提供较多出国培训和工作机会。
