资格要求	Qualification required	教育程度 Education	Bachelor degree or above, Mechanical/ electrical/automation engineering
		专业经验 Professional Experience	1. Engineering degree preferred. 2. 5 years experience in automotive plastic product design and development, familiar with APQP 3. Manufacturing process knowledge, such as injection molding tooling, molding process, assembly, welding, and so on. 4. Masterly working with CAD software (AutoCAD, UG, Ideas or Catia) 5. Familiar with CAE software (Moldflow, FEA, NVH analysis, air flow and etc) 6. Strong management/supervisory and people skills. 7. Good communication ability with customer. 8. Good leadership skills and understanding.
		外语 Foreign Language	Fluency in both spoken and written English
		年龄要求 Age
		其它 Others	1. Working knowledge of computer drafting 2. Master Auto CAD and CAE along with general computer skills.
Job Description工作项目
工作任务Key Tasks
一、日常工作Routine 1. As the engineering sales, to collect market information, set-up the potential project propose 2. During the potential project prophase develops, to leading the communication with customer,  to clarify the customer request and concept 3. Work out the customer request and concept’s check list and description, to set-up the design and development base, provide the design propose 4. According to the EDM system, to prepare the potential project prophase quotation technical review material 5. According to the customer request and concept, consideration on the balancing of the feasibility of the tooling, assembly, welding and testing, to work with headquarter design team to implement the product design and development, including the 2D and 3D, CAE analysis. 6. New project technical planning and controlling 7. Based on the TS16949, to leading the DFMEA and design verification, to satisfy the customer request 8. Responsible on the product design and development phase, engineering support of the new project’s APQP phase. 9.
