Dear Mathcad Customer:

The Mathcad team at PTC is working hard on the new line of Mathcad products. Mathcad Prime 1.0 was released in January 2011. Mathcad Prime 2.0 will ship in January 2012 and Mathcad Prime 3.0 is scheduled to ship in January 2013.

The Mathcad Prime generation of products introduces a completely new UI and represents a major change. To make the transition from Mathcad 15.0 easier, we envisioned this to be a multi-release process where you, the customer, will have a chance to evaluate the new features of each release to determine the best time to upgrade. In the meantime, Mathcad 15.0 will be fully supported with yearly maintenance releases.

是啊，试用了Mathcad Prime 1.0一段时间，发现15的一些功能在Mathcad Prime 1.0里面实现不了。

插图功能太重要了，15组合的是Smartskech（参数化2D图形），Prime还实现不了，期待Prime能早日达到15的水平。
