职位描述
Job Responsibilities: 1. Working under global environment to perform FE analysis as required, verify mechanical design for structural integrity, vibration, shipping & lifting, seismic, fatigue, etc; 2. Identify structural design risk and provide design solution as needed by combination of analytical & testing approaches. Job Requirements/Qualifications: 1. MS or above with at least 3 years Mechanical background 2. In depth knowledge of Mechanics and FEA analysis field and FEA analysis experience 3. Practical experience in impact, dropping analysis with LS-DYNA preferred 4. Strong engineering skills in at least one FEA tool (ANSYS, NASTRAN, ABAQUS) 5. Background about air conditioning preferred 6. Good skill in Pro-E 7. Good interpersonal & communication skills to work in global projects 8. Fluent in English (verbal & written)

不知道这个信息是否准确，但是基本上同意这个说法，其实大概10年前外企高薪的年代就已经基本上结束了。现在说这个就更不奇怪了。

个人感觉，是否能找到一个能帮助自己提高技术能力的地方跟薪水一样重要。
